Unexpected joy from attentive staff

I woke up to stunning ocean views every morning. The staff's attentiveness made each moment special, ensuring every need was met with a smile. Truly a memorable stay!

The check-in process was rather slow, leading to a bit of frustration. Additionally, I found the pool area quite crowded at peak times, making relaxation more challenging.

I had a wonderful time here with fantastic facilities like pools and a great beach area, and I loved being just a short stroll from the beach and great dining options like Angie Ristorante Italiano, making it so enjoyable to explore the area at my own pace.

Mediocre experience at the beach.

The view from my Premium Sea View Room, breathtaking. Every morning, I woke up to the beautiful horizon. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. I enjoyed the diverse breakfast options, especially the fresh fruits and made-to-order omelets. The staff, particularly Nada in customer relations, did a fantastic job addressing all my needs before and during my stay. The beach area was nice, with plenty of loungers available. The shallow waters were great for a relaxing swim. The spa was a highlight. the treatments offered were rejuvenating. However, I faced some challenges. The main pool was under renovation without prior notification. I noticed cleanliness issues in several areas, particularly around the dining facilities. Some food items were not up to standard, which was disappointing, especially at the Italian restaurant. More attention to maintenance around the garden and pathways is necessary. Overall, a pleasant stay, but a few improvements are needed for a better experience.

The amazing sunsets every evening were breathtaking, and I couldn’t believe the level of service from the staff. There was this bartender, Younis Ahmed, at the lobby bar, who not only knew my drink but really made...  

I had a great time enjoying the perfect beach access and lounging by the heated swimming pool. The setting made it so easy to unwind after a long day, with live entertainment adding to the fun. Just a little note, the loud music in the afternoons was a bit much if you prefer quiet, but overall, it was a fantastic stay. 🌊

This place suits me perfectly! With a private beach, outdoor swimming pool, and free Wi-Fi, I feel right at home. The staff once shared great local tips, making my first stay memorable.

I enjoyed my stay at Renaissance with its beautiful snorkeling spots and lovely friendly staff. The room had minor issues with the shower, but the overall comfort and cleanliness made it enjoyable. I savored the delicious breakfast each morning, setting a positive tone for my days.
